Unique to the industry, the Starwheeler® utilizes the 360º of a circle to maximize the machine's wrapping efficiency.  The main component of the machine is its patented wheel structure.  The wheel has 8 "pockets" into which the BRT is inserted.  Individually, this machine wraps each BRT roll in paper, crimping the side ends and tucking the excess paper into the core of the roll as it revolves.  Four different floor plans of this machine are available to fit floor space requirements.

Sister to our Starwheeler®, but overall a more versatile machine wrapping in polyethylene, the Polywheeler can wrap single roll BRT, pillar packs of BRT, or single roll HHT (perfect for coreless or cored product).  This machine comes standard with a servo system  to monitor the timing of the machine.  The side seal of the package is accomplished by a revolving sealing bar situated at the top of the wheel while the end seals are envelope-folded according to the current market standard.  The ends are then sealed as the product exits the machine through a set of heating belts.
